Zivame Champions – B2B Trade Portal

When Zivame entered B2B Trade market, the traders were faced with an issue where it took them hours to place a bulk order on the web portal, because the experience was not optimised for ordering mulltiple sizes of a product. Also, it was almost impossible for them to figure size range availability of products. The design I proposed addressed these issues and made life easier for our trader persona Manoj Babu.

  • Trader Margins, auto-applied at cart and checkout, to indicate the margin that user would be receiving from us
  • Advanced Order Review at Checkout
  • Disabling B2B users from logging onto consumer site, with same ID and pwd credentials
